You have to flawlessly define the reasons why I should not have it and the actual factual benefit to society as to why I should not have it. Not emotional arguments, not crying fits, stone cold, ball licking facts. Even if one was able to gather such information that does not exist, it comes to a debate of do we allow dangerous freedoms to exist or do we live in a padded room.
