Three months were the pre-production stage, planting the seed, spreading the fear from Europe and China, and getting the US to buy it.

The major outbreaks and death counts occurred in Blue states with Trump hating governors. The numbers were inflated and the governors exploited emergency orders to lock down the states and push mail in voting. The riots were a diversion and the mail in corruption was planned in African American blue cities so if they were called they could hide behind racism and systemic repression of minority voting.
