I work for a catholic hospital that does not require anyone to get any form of vaccination. Last time I went to see my doctor (at the hospital I work for) the nurse asked if I got my vaccine because it wasn't showing in the system. I told her that it should be there (not really). She then said they have had issues with the system and entered in some random date showing I got the vaccine. I found out how to beat the system.
