That's just one tiny step away from being able to lock up dissidents in Psychiatric facilities without recourse (Kanye, for example, still had the right to outside contact and legal action).
It's also just a small step from giving a Josef Mengele the legal permission to conduct medical experiments without informed consent, or even involuntarily, if the experiments can be claimed to be for the greater good. Those in the military already face a provision like this.
