It's a 'Peace Warrant'. It means nothing. Also, you can't file a warrant against a sitting Federal Government Representative. You need to impeach them first. That Judge is grandstanding. Must be election season here soon.

Also, warrants are typically recommended by Law Enforcement, get sent to the DA who authorizes it, and it's sent to a Judge to validate Probable Cause and sign off on it.

This Judge signed the warrant he drafted. Which is in violation of due process.
