We are not being ruled by billionaires, politicians, financiers, media editors, entertainers and tech moguls who just happen to be mostly Jewish because white people are smarter than them. People with European Jewish ancestry don't pick up 20%+ of Nobel prizes in hard sciences for simply no reason, and the reason is not "their culture values learning". Their average IQ is 115, and it goes up from there.
The down side are hereditary diseases. Typically, one copy of a certain gene will boost IQ, but two copies will cause a debilitating condition such that potential Jewish couples routinely resort to genetic testing to decide if they're a good fit to have children.
Did nepotism invent the nuclear bomb? Is that how Einstein came up with relativity? :)
They certainly are nepotist – it's a strong property of the culture. There is a loyalty to each other, even when they hate each other's guts. It does help them get ahead and stay ahead in the short run. But lots of people are nepotist... Not all have that many geniuses.
In the long run, victims notice the nepotism, and that's how they get persecuted. Then they band together more against persecution...

I have a genius level IQ but I've never accomplished anything of note (other than being a National Merit semifinalist and graduating first in my university's accounting program) because I am lazy.
