5th Amendment discussion for the legal eagles out there: Governors unilaterally, without due process, deem certain businesses "non-essential", de facto depriving them of life, liberty, and property. And yet huge superstores are open with certain shelves blocked... Because they are non essential.

So... doesn't that make that store non essential and simple food stores essential?
