5th Amendment discussion for the legal eagles out there: Governors unilaterally, without due process, deem certain businesses "non-essential", de facto depriving them of life, liberty, and property. Shouldn't state governments be on the hook financially for the ruin they have wrought?

They should be, but we can't even get the Supreme Court to view evidence on obvious electoral fraud. The courts are tainted and illegitimate, the only way a Democrat is ever going to be punished is if someone does it themselves.
