Journalist Tim O'Brien on MSNBC "The Last Word" as quoted in journalist Peter Weber's Yahoo article, "Journalist Tim O'Brien, who's seen Trump's taxes, thinks Trump's accountant will now flip in D.A. inquiry" https://archive.vn/SR6m2

Journalist Tim O'Brien has a master's degree in Business from Columbia so he should be familiar with basic Financial Accounting but may not be familiar with the knowledge attained in Tax or Appraising courses.

"...And if there are email and notes and other records of communication about what they intended to do when they inflated the value of buildings so they could get loans against them and then turned around and deflated the value of the buildings so they could pay lower taxes on them, and there's a communication around that that predates any of these tax entries, that is gold for a prosecutor.""

  1. The value of a building for tax purposes is determined by the County Tax Assessor's Office.

  2. The value of a building for purposes of attaining a loan is based on an independent appraisal of market value which can be estimated using several methods including cost, income capitalization, sales comparison, gross rent multiplier.

  3. President Trump would not have done the appraisal, nor would anyone who works for the Trump organization.

4)The IRS and NY State Tax authorities have had access to the Trump organization's federal and state tax returns respectively and have probably already completely audited them.

  1. President Trump would not have signed the Trump Organization's Corporate Tax Returns or would be very familiar with the details.

There's nothing to flip on.

Trump took advantage of the tax codes already on the books and made legal by Obama. That's not Trump's fault. That's Obama's fault.

Funny how the IRS never had an issue with Trump's taxes until he became the President and it's also even funnier that they won't release his taxes even though they've 'seen' them, huh? Almost like they:

A.) They don't have them

B.) There's nothing wrong with the taxes and they're just trying to get the population to turn against him any way they can and keep the Trump hate machine going because if they don't, they will turn on eachother for that coveted title of being marginalized and minority.

No one is flipping on anyone because there's nothing to flip on them for.

This is just one big smear campaign and witch hunt designed to defang Trump and hurt his standing in his party so he isn't a frontrunner for the next election. It's also there for the left to stay united on one enemy lest they turn on one another.

The problem with the right is we don't have a single enemy to focus on, but we are torn between a ton of different enemies. We need to unite under one banner and clean that faggot out, then move on to the next one. We're splitting our forces and it's causing us to be ineffective.

Some liberal scum bag is busy trying to get that questionable indescript “whatever’ so it can be “reported on in the fake news. Operation mockingbird employed from the said ‘bombshell’ article and fake news for four more years.

This movie is old and boring. But the libs LOVE it.

And taxpayers can challenge the assessed value of property. That is legal and there are companies that specialize in obtaining lower tax values. These firms are advocates for the taxpayer and typically receive a percentage of the taxes saved due to the lower assessed value.

And yes, appraisers can be hired to prepare reports for submittal to the assessors. However, they cannot act as advocates and cannot submit fraudulent reports as real property appraisers.
