Even later than you think, they just finished the 2 forensic audits of the machine and turned up clean. Now a judge approved a forensic audit of the ballots.

34
KitKatCat 34 points ago +35 / -1

That wasn't even the audit the senate wanted. apparently it was a bs audit. Hopefully the senate gets their own team to look at the machines and ballots.

30
TearsMakeTheBestAmmo 30 points ago +30 / -0

The two forensic audits were by that pair of "officially certified" companies that the Left and the RINOs wanted. Not a true 3rd party.

There forensic audit is about as needed as used toilet paper.

12
seektruth2021 12 points ago +13 / -1

Yeah, by what I understand from a Q&A with the county Recorder, he basically admitted that these were the only companies licensed(?) to certify this election equipment. I believe he actually said, "certified." That is NOT the same as a forensic audit, which is the impression the BoS has been trying to give. Well, unless you complain about not allowing observers, and then your lawyers argue that no, in fact, this is definitely not an audit.

That is like passing Obamacare by claiming it is not a tax, and then defending it in the supreme court by saying it IS a tax.

4
cryogen 4 points ago +4 / -0

"Licensed" just means approved by the very bodies under suspicion. It's like the Mafia telling you that Uncle Tony's is definitely the only Accounting firm that can look at the Boss's books. Because he's "licensed"!

1
TearsMakeTheBestAmmo 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup. Hence the disdain for it.

8
LibreFloridaMan 8 points ago +8 / -0

No here is what happened. The board said they would comply after inaugaration. Then they went against their word and said they would do a seperate limited scope audit with 2 "ceritified" firms which were basically Dominion shell companies. As you would expect, it was an inch deep investigation. Their machine audit consisted of looking at the serial code of the machine and other bullshit. Borelli, the based AZ senator spearheading the senate audit, literally said on OANN that all they did was check if it works and only looked at a handful of ballots. Didn't even compare to ballot images. There was only one audit done by two "independent" companies (both have ties to Dominion and/or Smartmatic) hired by Maricopa BOS which was pure PR to push the "cleanest election ever" narrative. They tried to use this sham audit to attempt to beg the court to dismiss the subpeonas which failed. This is a seperate audit that is an actual deep investigation with based AZ senators on our side in charge.

4
cryogen 4 points ago +4 / -0

Those weren't "forensic audits," they were rubber-stamps provided by complete bullshit firms.

I live in Arizona. This morning on the news they were saying "There has already been 2 or 3 audits and nothing found. Why are they still trying?"

Why? Because the 2 or three previous audits weren't real audits. Nothing was ever checked. That's why. By now Maricopa County has had plenty of time to cover up.

37
Tookens 37 points ago +37 / -0

"There has already been 2 or 3 audits"

Just because they use the word doesn't mean that's actually what happened.

23
lake-koshkonong 23 points ago +23 / -0

Their audit was along the lines of "Is this a Dell computer with a voting box attached serial number XX-12345? Oh yes, it is. No problem with this one. Next machine."

2
spelunking_librator 2 points ago +2 / -0

how do they not know - 2 or 3

18
Light_HIV_Effect 18 points ago +18 / -0

5

If we had a dime for all of the "should have's" we can throw around at these lazy assholes we'd be able to fund our own military and deal with this quickly. Or at the very least buy off more than a few judges.

15
sully 15 points ago +15 / -0

By now Maricopa County has had plenty of time to cover up.

The GOP senate I'm sure is well aware of this. That's why they're fighting the subpoenas. If election officials truly can't hand over records, it means they were destroyed, doctored or discarded, which means that is also illegal since they are required by law to keep every last record on hand for two years.

9
AlohaSnackbar 9 points ago +9 / -0

There has already been 2 or 3 audits and nothing found. Why are they still trying?"

While your answer isn't bad, I'd suggest asking a different question, rather than answering that one.

"If there have already been 2 or 3 audits, why is the county spending so much money to prevent an independent audit? Don't you think they want to be proven correct?

2
dandylionsummer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Those “audits” were dominion changing the info on the machines. It’s all been sanitized now. That was the purpose of the previous “audits”.

53
KeysToNeW 53 points ago +53 / -0

Ya so have we gotten any legit audits to this point...checking all ballots, signatures, etc.

52
LibreFloridaMan 52 points ago +52 / -0

This should be the first one. The senator that spearheading this, Borelli, is based AF. He regularly gets attacked by the AZ media and some civil rights group crying about muh voter supression but he has been giving them the middle finger.

34
VenusDe 34 points ago +34 / -0

There was a legal audit in Antrim county, MI.

That was a hand recount of ballots that showed machine flipped 6000 votes from Trump to Biden.

It was "caught" because it was such a small county with just around 15,000 total votes cast. The county always went about 65% GOP to 35% Dem, but this time it went 35% GOP to 65% Dem. The audit was triggered by a guy who was interested in the local school board elections (which had also flipped to Dems instead of what everybody in the county knew should have gone to the GOP).

Media and GOP (state and federal level) ignored it.

16
seektruth2021 16 points ago +16 / -0

Look up the Windham Incident. Something similar, where 6% of the votes for the republican candidates (who had already won) were skimmed off. A recount was triggered because a democrat lost by 24. The end result was 300 votes going to EACH republican, and 99 removed from the democrat (from a hand recount.) They are not battling the state just trying to get a forensic audit and investigate of those machines and ballots. The legislature is working on a bill requiring the state to investigate, but I'm not trusting the state to do it. They should have done it under their own authority, like Arizona has been doing.

The town of Windham is standing strong, and a lot of people are upset at the AG for not investigating months ago.

11
VenusDe 11 points ago +11 / -0

That's the one in NH, right?

Again, GOP took over the state legislature and the GOP governor won, but Trump lost it? BULLSHIT.

5
Nameless_Mofo 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yes NH

4
seektruth2021 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes, you got it. The state flipped, but they elected Biden. The town better protect the integrity of those voting machines and ballots from any outside force, including the AG, who seeks to remove them. The machines are the property of the town, not the state.

The laws in all of these states make it next to impossible, without an act of congress (literally!), to do a real audit of these ballots after the fact. This town caught this because a recount was triggered automatically. Makes you wonder what a recount of other towns would uncover. Guess what, we will never know! We just take the tabulation machines totals and accept them!

1
LibreFloridaMan 1 point ago +1 / -0

It was a recount though. Not an audit where they make sure there weren't any dead voters, fake addresses, and etc. Only the machines were audited and they were only given a day to investigate.

People may not know that we have at least 5 million people in the metro. How does it not get more attention for being a heck hole?

8
Cablespider 8 points ago +8 / -0

I lived next to Metrocenter Mall, 35th and Peoria, back in the late 80's. What's it like these days in that neck of the woods? I miss cruising the circle in my yoot. The cops were pretty cool back then. Got busted with weed a few times and they always let me go. Filled out a green card, took my shit and drove off.

7
sgt_richard 7 points ago +7 / -0

It's a shit hole. I have a relative that worked across the street, same parking area as the mall. They moved the business because so many people were getting robbed. I drove by and the windows in the strip mall on the perimeter were all spray painted.

14
Ivleeeg 14 points ago +14 / -0

It's all a show. Notice how they just had an audit completed? You know the audit by the same people who did it before the election. They just did a cleanup to make sure nothing could be found.

Conveniently now a judge says "you can enforce the subpoena" since the cleanup is done. They'll find little or nothing now. They've had the time needed to tidy up the loose ends.

This nation is a joke.

8
protopronto 8 points ago +8 / -0

Lurker here.

I saw a video of a Maricopa County meeting discussing the results from the internal audit they performed. They were gleefully reporting that they had to take apart the machines to gather data. You can be assured that if there was anything there, it is now gone.

12
Nekroziz 12 points ago +12 / -0

Small update: so I’ve been in contact with a few people in AZ since I left, this is a win but do not get your hopes up. If the county still refuse, which why wouldn’t they- they already said the legislature has the power to get what they want in court, the legislature don’t have the votes to hold them in contempt because of Paul Boyer being a puppet for Doug Ducey, therefore they can just say no.

Continuing, Karen Fann doesn’t want the machines, and the original ballots I still do not think exist in least. At most they’ll get ballot images which does nothing for us.

Next, the libertarian lawsuit the republicans joined has been pushed back to March, so that’s going nowhere fast.

Lastly, but most important, Arizona’s AG wants to conduct a criminal investigation which Borelli, Peterson, Finchem, and a few others have brought to him. This is looking to be the best avenue to audit the machines.

Please call and email Karen Fann and demand an independent 3rd party full forensic audit, that the scope of the audits done by the county are to small to find anything, that both companies had conflicts of interest due to them certifying Dominion, and no knowledge of auditing which they stated in court. Fann is stating she’s “happy the two ‘audits’ showed everything was good”.

Don’t get complacent- we haven’t won just yet. Remember- 2 steps forward, 1 and a 1/2 back.

2
sir-coffee 2 points ago +3 / -1

Unless they go back on their word(Again), it's over for the Board of Supervisors.

UPDATE: Maricopa County supervisors will hand over ballots, voting machines and other materials to Arizona Senate for another hand count & audit of 2020 election results, after court ruling earlier today.

4
Nekroziz 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hmm, look at the wording. “Ballots and other materials”. If they give them the ballot images and some documentation, not a thing they can do with that. So far I’ve been told they are not complying in the sense that we want (original ballots and machines).

1
sir-coffee 1 point ago +2 / -1

If this goes back to contempt because the Board refuses to hand everything over, then Paul Boyer can't hide behind any excuses other than blatant corruption. He wanted to wait for a Judge to weigh in and now here we are. I dare them not to comply, this judge eviscerated their entire bullshit excuses.

8
Nekroziz 8 points ago +8 / -0

They know they have to comply, they said it last time. But our problems are now, Fann is really failing us, saying the fake audits showed the machines are all good and she’s happy about that, and they just want to give the ballots a second look, so now we have more than just Boyer to screw us. If they only give ballot images up and Fann doesn’t raise a stink, we have nothing.

Borelli and others though are going to the AG for a criminal investigation. There’s a number of crimes committed here, destruction of evidence, contempt (legislature), not following state law of giving the ballots to the county treasurer, fraud (two audits done were fake).

2
TG_Sundown 2 points ago +2 / -0

God, why is this SO goddamn hard? Fann has got to know a lot of people aren't satisfied with the county buddy buddy audits.

2
Robiscore98 2 points ago +2 / -0

I read a post that said the County is ready to comply and will surrender the necessary materials to the State Senate. Can't confirm though

4
Nekroziz 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep, I can confirm that. It’s just what materials and what does the senate do with them. Who audits them. When Fann is trying to say ASOG aren’t reputable because we have a political leaning, data and evidence does not have a political ideology. She’s trying to simultaneously look like a hero and do a nothing audit and say, “well, I tried!”

3
Robiscore98 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep, I already sent her an email along those lines. I heard Lyle Rapacki said they would be choosing an "audit team" on Monday. I thought ASOG already had a deal with AZ Senate?

5
Nekroziz 5 points ago +5 / -0

We had what I believe is called an offer of intention. $10,000 for 8 people, 8-10 hour days, for 10 days. Basically pays for flights, food, and lodging. Now we’re too far right- according to Karen Fann.

1
KitKatCat 1 point ago +1 / -0

Anyway you think you can change her mind? I've emailed her but I'm not sure if we will have enough time to get her to change her mind. Since you seem to communicate with some of the senators anyway you could tell them something like this: Look people will only accept the results of the audit if they trust who does it. Thats the big issue here is Trust. so far the public who is demanding the audit trust ASOG. Code, data, etc has no political leanings. Our results would be honest and would be scrutinized just the same. If you could get the senate to realize that if ppl don't trust the auditors it will only make them angry and more frustrated, maybe they will listen? The people need to trust who is doing the audit! Also, are there any other companies you trust to do the audit? That you guys could recommend so even if she decides not to go with you. We could have chance of getting it done right.

1
TG_Sundown 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why not let ASOG and another company, or even two other independent companies audit them? Also, why does Fann care about a right leaning audit team if she's right leaning? The Dems NEVER care about something like that.

2
KitKatCat 2 points ago +2 / -0

Any idea why Fann is backing off the machines now? Does Borelli still support a machine audit? Hopefully they can still push for it as well?

5
Nekroziz 5 points ago +5 / -0

I’m going to do a write up shortly (few hours), I have some big stuff going on right now.

Until then, this is how angry everyone should be :

https://youtu.be/eYNLW0wRL9k

1
LibreFloridaMan 1 point ago +1 / -0

Damn. As I feared the fake audit was intended to further demoralize AZGOP senate. Luckily, people like Borelli, Rogers, Finchem, and and others seem to know what is going on and want the original ballots and machines as well and they seem to be the main ones in charge of this audit. We should try to get Borelli and Finchem to convince Fann for another audit of the machines. If we can't reach Borelli directly then try to reach Lyle Rapacki who is close to the AZ senate and house and try to get him to pass the message to the AZ legislators. Borelli already called out the sham audit of the machines on OANN. Plus the board ran out of legal arguments to not comply and the legislators seem to have the AG on board. Mike Lindell has also joined the fight and is calling for an investigation into the machines. I have some confidence but I get your point. You want to make sure that the legislators don't half ass this so we actually catch something. We have to make it known that its a full forensic audit of EVERYTHING that we want.

1

The Senate's subpoenas did not violate the separation of powers principle, and subpoenaed materials would not violate confidentiality laws, Thomason added.

"Indeed, if that were the case, it would be illegal for any County official to 'see' any ballot after it was prepared for voting. It is apparent that the word 'person,' as used in this statute, does not refer to government officials," Thomason said.

Man, that was a 12-page brutal spanking in every single paragraph. There's been a lot of talk about lawyers getting disbarred. There should be some more talk after this ruling! How embarrassing!

If the Four Monkeys of MC can and do appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court, they will have four or five Justices appointed by Ducey.

Is Ducey on the phone to them now?

Nothing will happen

Is a month long enough to bleachbit a voting machine?

2
seektruth2021 2 points ago +2 / -0

Now they just need to enforce it.

inb4 all materials "go missing"

like hillary's emails, biden's laptop, weiner's laptop (with hillary's emails a second time), strzok's text messages, noodle's laptop, epstein's tapes, hillary's original 302s (later forged)

it's all so tiresome how obvious it is

Watch out for the ballots to suddenly be missing or a convenient warehouse fire. I put nothing past these cheaters!

I hope someone can answer but I swear I saw a story about an audit being done on the machines and they found nothing. I don't know if this was AZ or MI or WI or PA, but it was recent.

I didn't look much into because I brushed it off as left wing lies. Does anyone know if that happened or it was bull caca?

3
KitKatCat 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes an "audit" was done of the machines in AZ but it was done by the board not by the senate. Apparently it was bs. Hopefully another one is done with the team the senate wanted.

3
dandylionsummer 3 points ago +3 / -0

It wasn't bs, they cleaned up the machines and wiped the evidence when they did that.

2
KitKatCat 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's what I mean by BS. It wasn't a real audit. Just them cleaning up and I still want them examined. Even if it points to them destroying evidence. We need everything we can get.

and now another judge needs to be found to override his decision -- so this means THIS judge gets his payoff, and the next judge works on their payoff

2
Berzerker_king 2 points ago +2 / -0

Maybe they will be able to figure out by the year 3000, that it is desirable to enforce the constitution. Boy I can't wait until arizona GOP uncovers the maricopa county election steal.

One_American 2 points ago +2 / -0

Think how the Dems would behave if the situation was reversed. I guarantee you the national guard would be in all election centers Nov4.

2
Fishingbuddie 2 points ago +2 / -0

So ENFORCE it!

So fucking enforce them!

Catdoc 2 points ago +2 / -0

Like the meme says: "Ignoring evidence of election fraud because the election is over, is like ignoring a murder because the victim is already dead." REEEEE

South_Florida_Guy 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think this like moot or something now according to established precedent.

NO STANDING! Bigit.

Wow, just in time.

WindyCityBluez 1 point ago +1 / -0

Soooooo. Why not enforce them immediately? Like the senators can litterally drive their cars over and pick this shit up and hand over to auditors. If they changed the data or deleted it, JAIL!!

1
AmericanJawa 1 point ago +1 / -0

How long till an appeal gets this overturned?

1
dldeuce 1 point ago +1 / -0

There's no way. That was a 12 page spanking in every paragraph. They'll be lucky to not be disbarred.

1
clocker23 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think they should give the Maricopa County officials another 8 year to give up the election ballots and tabulation machines. At least.

1
jubyeonin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Unless that judge says the orders must be executed immediately and the penalties will be maximized, I don't see what good this does.
