Small update: so I’ve been in contact with a few people in AZ since I left, this is a win but do not get your hopes up. If the county still refuse, which why wouldn’t they- they already said the legislature has the power to get what they want in court, the legislature don’t have the votes to hold them in contempt because of Paul Boyer being a puppet for Doug Ducey, therefore they can just say no.

Continuing, Karen Fann doesn’t want the machines, and the original ballots I still do not think exist in least. At most they’ll get ballot images which does nothing for us.

Next, the libertarian lawsuit the republicans joined has been pushed back to March, so that’s going nowhere fast.

Lastly, but most important, Arizona’s AG wants to conduct a criminal investigation which Borelli, Peterson, Finchem, and a few others have brought to him. This is looking to be the best avenue to audit the machines.

Please call and email Karen Fann and demand an independent 3rd party full forensic audit, that the scope of the audits done by the county are to small to find anything, that both companies had conflicts of interest due to them certifying Dominion, and no knowledge of auditing which they stated in court. Fann is stating she’s “happy the two ‘audits’ showed everything was good”.

Don’t get complacent- we haven’t won just yet. Remember- 2 steps forward, 1 and a 1/2 back.

Unless they go back on their word(Again), it's over for the Board of Supervisors.

UPDATE: Maricopa County supervisors will hand over ballots, voting machines and other materials to Arizona Senate for another hand count & audit of 2020 election results, after court ruling earlier today.

Hmm, look at the wording. “Ballots and other materials”. If they give them the ballot images and some documentation, not a thing they can do with that. So far I’ve been told they are not complying in the sense that we want (original ballots and machines).

If this goes back to contempt because the Board refuses to hand everything over, then Paul Boyer can't hide behind any excuses other than blatant corruption. He wanted to wait for a Judge to weigh in and now here we are. I dare them not to comply, this judge eviscerated their entire bullshit excuses.

They know they have to comply, they said it last time. But our problems are now, Fann is really failing us, saying the fake audits showed the machines are all good and she’s happy about that, and they just want to give the ballots a second look, so now we have more than just Boyer to screw us. If they only give ballot images up and Fann doesn’t raise a stink, we have nothing.

Borelli and others though are going to the AG for a criminal investigation. There’s a number of crimes committed here, destruction of evidence, contempt (legislature), not following state law of giving the ballots to the county treasurer, fraud (two audits done were fake).

I read a post that said the County is ready to comply and will surrender the necessary materials to the State Senate. Can't confirm though

Yep, I can confirm that. It’s just what materials and what does the senate do with them. Who audits them. When Fann is trying to say ASOG aren’t reputable because we have a political leaning, data and evidence does not have a political ideology. She’s trying to simultaneously look like a hero and do a nothing audit and say, “well, I tried!”

Yep, I already sent her an email along those lines. I heard Lyle Rapacki said they would be choosing an "audit team" on Monday. I thought ASOG already had a deal with AZ Senate?

We had what I believe is called an offer of intention. $10,000 for 8 people, 8-10 hour days, for 10 days. Basically pays for flights, food, and lodging. Now we’re too far right- according to Karen Fann.

Why not let ASOG and another company, or even two other independent companies audit them? Also, why does Fann care about a right leaning audit team if she's right leaning? The Dems NEVER care about something like that.

Any idea why Fann is backing off the machines now? Does Borelli still support a machine audit? Hopefully they can still push for it as well?

I’m going to do a write up shortly (few hours), I have some big stuff going on right now.

Until then, this is how angry everyone should be :

Damn. As I feared the fake audit was intended to further demoralize AZGOP senate. Luckily, people like Borelli, Rogers, Finchem, and and others seem to know what is going on and want the original ballots and machines as well and they seem to be the main ones in charge of this audit. We should try to get Borelli and Finchem to convince Fann for another audit of the machines. If we can't reach Borelli directly then try to reach Lyle Rapacki who is close to the AZ senate and house and try to get him to pass the message to the AZ legislators. Borelli already called out the sham audit of the machines on OANN. Plus the board ran out of legal arguments to not comply and the legislators seem to have the AG on board. Mike Lindell has also joined the fight and is calling for an investigation into the machines. I have some confidence but I get your point. You want to make sure that the legislators don't half ass this so we actually catch something. We have to make it known that its a full forensic audit of EVERYTHING that we want.

Such a fucking joke seems like someone paid her off to accept those bullshit audits. The people in our government are disgraceful
