Rush raised millions for the Marine Core's fallen soldiers and their families so that their kids would have an education. He ran a telethon every year for the Marine Core and matched what was donated. I am sure there are more than a 1000 Marines that would volunteer to send Rush Off!! In addition when there was operation Iraq freedom the first flag used was sent to Rush as a thank you!!
