I get the $2.50 a month package including OANN on Klowd.TV (yes, I also get OANN Oncore lessser vrsion on Pluto, but WANTED to pay them something).
Did you try turning the Roku off and back on again? I get streaming app failures all the time on my ATV and have to restart it to clear the error.
