I respect the law, but cops scare the crap out of me.

There are two kinds. The "to serve and protect" guardians, the true sheepdogs we need to keep the peace. And then there are the "RESPECT MA AUTHORITAH!!" high-school bullies with a badge and a gun.

The problem is when you have a police encounter you never know which of the two you're facing. This guy sadly faced the second kind.
