First off, Durham is not off of the special counsel, he is still charged to deliver the Durham report, he just isn't a part of the attorney general's office anymore.

Prosecutors don't deliver reports they investigate, indict and convict criminals. He will do nothing and get a job in a high paying law firm as payback for shit canning everything.
