This would clearly be a violation of any type of morality clause that is in every teacher contract. If he's tenure, they will need to do a 3020A hearing first if he lived in New York State for example. I'm not sure about MD State law.

Question is, what parent still lets their kid into this guys room, care (en loco parentis) or digital call??

New York literally has a building where +/-700 suspended teachers go (with pay) because districts can’t fire them at a cost to the taxpayer of $75 million annually. 🤦🏼‍♂️

The rubber room :/

In some cases good teachers get stuck there too. For example, two punk ass kids start to fight in the hallway. You step in as a teacher to break it up. After the fight a parent alleges you were too rough, mishandled, or did something too much against their kid.

Now you're stuck in the room until your case resolves. And there are years worth of backlog cases that will get heard first.

Parents need to press charges, this would not be acceptable on school property why is this acceptable coming through their forced visual instructions, was this done with school property, cause my child and I am liable for things done with school property, UNACCEPTABLE!!!
