Then bring criminal charges against him. That's a lewd act in front of minors. He should be made to let his neighbor's know that he's on the sex offender registry.

Since it's digital, it comes with a whole slew of additional crimes.

For example, the video of him masturbating in front of children is defacto child pornography, per federal law: "any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct [say for example, masturbating] involving a minor [such as the witnesses in the call]", and possessing or distributing it (as he did to several other children, due to the nature of Zoom) is another felony charge apiece.

So not only is he guilty of multiple counts of manufacturing child pornography, as well as multiple counts of possession, he's also guilty of an exponential number of cases (the number of students, squared, since each of them received pornography not just of themselves but each other student) of distributing child pornography to the individual victims of said pornography.

And that's on top of the existing "corrupting the youth", "sexual conduct with minors", and other tangible crimes he's guilty of.

Let the teacher's union make their stand by keeping him on payroll. Union rules are not federal laws, so by all means, he can keep broadcasting his curriculum right up to the executioner's needle. That'd be a last lesson the young students will take to heart, I feel.

Are you sure you're interpreting that correctly? Who will prosecute?
