It needs to be added to "To Be Fair" and "I'm not being racialist or nuffin but..." Perhaps a sliding scale of fines can be put in place and then the cliche police (I volunteer my services hehe) giving the task of rooting out those .win posters who suck harder than a turbo Dyson!
