Chill out guys... It's called "conflict of interest."

You cannot testify against your employer, and sitting US attorneys cannot be brought up as a witness in an election fraud case.

He is doing exactly what we want, and he is retaining his role as special counsel.

Dude is still special counsel and not leaving DC.

Was there some reason you thought being continuing as a US attorney was important part of his role?

Dude has to resign that position to give legal testimony in any federal case. There's no two ways about it. If you want him to actually present the evidence he has gathered, he's going to have to quit being a US attorney.
