If the society was at one time designed to suit americans of european ancestry, that's because they built it, fought wars for it, and governed it. I'm sure the majority ethnicity has an advantage, because our ancestors wanted us to inherit and benefit from the nation they built. Spend some time non-white countries, you'll find it's no different. Japanese have a huge advantage for success in Japan (they have no big immigration program and it's hard for non-japanese to find jobs). If a white american moved to a majority black country in Africa, they'd find that they get no special treatment, and the inhabitants would look at them as out of place, and invader, not welcome. It takes many years of good behavior and effort to overcome the initial skepticism any immigrant faces. Frankly, the reason why black people have never been embraced in America is because as a group they're a disgrace and their behavior is atrocious.
