This is an interesting argument. I think you're close on a few issues here, but are simplifying things just a bit.
Grouping all Whites and all Blacks as a group is a mistake, I think. The Establishment has convinced what I'll call the BLM faction of Blacks to think they are being persecuted by Whites instead of being persecuted by the Aristocracy. They gave them Marxist tools, and the lack of morality that goes with it.
But there is also a huge faction of Blacks in America who are totally based and just as Patriotic as anyone else. If you talk to them about this stuff, they know about how the system is corrupt. They know it better than most Whites that I know. These are our natural allies and the Establishment will do anything to keep us apart.
Life is a lot more complex than the binary left/right mindset our political discourse normally takes, and they also do that on purpose so we can't have reasonable conversation. This whole thing is classic Bolshevik Revolution stuff. Every bit of it.
So yes, it can be both, but not for the specific reasons you gave. The race war part is manufactured.
This reminds me of when Malcolm X (black nationalist and supremacist in some cases) and George Lincoln Rockwell or GLR (white nationalist and supremacist in some cases also) actually got together and realized they agreed on nearly the same issues and their goals were fairly aligned, then they were both assassinated, coincidentally.
