Absolutely. The States need to flex their muscles and take back their sovereignty from a runaway central government that has been allowed to expand its unchecked powers for far too long. This is the path back to being a Constitutional Republic and is backed by real law.
The States created the Federal Gov't, and granted it its limited powers. Time to take them back.

Yeah the federal government is basically a mini country of its own within America. There are so many politicians and government officials who should be sitting in jail right now, but they aren't because they protect their own.
Yes, we elect politicians who represent National "parties" instead of the people they are supposed to represent. This isn't just a 17th Amendment issue.
