Well little girl it goes like this: When Obama was the Prez the CIA were using intermediaries running guns out of Libya and the Ukraine (and making a fortune I might add) into Syria arming CIA backed insurgents. A lot of those 'Lords of War' are big campaign 'bundlers' and frankly my dear, they want back in the game.
