What is the strict CPAC mask policy? That's a pretty vague statement.

It would be one thing to formally require masks to enter or encourage them for close encounters, it would be another if they are being literal nazzzis about it and not allowing exceptions, etc. Plus you never know what requirements are placed on events held in large convention centers like where CPAC. It's a huge ass event there's probably a sizeable insurance policy, all kinds of bullshit to consider.
