Hey everyone, I'm going to give an outlook of what's going on in Maricopa County, AZ. I may not be on the ground anymore there- but I made some great contacts while I was there. And also, looking like it may be soon for New Hampshire update posts to start popping up from me :).

Judge Thomason said the subpoenas issued by the Arizona Senate are valid. This is no shocker. I say no shocker because the Maricopa Board of Supervisors have openly stated the AZ legislature have the power to do so, but quote (Jack Sellers, BoS): “This case is about the limited power of the Arizona Senate to issue a subpoena commanding the presence of a witness at a hearing that does not exist, commanding the production of 2.1 million voted, secret ballots in violation of Arizona statute, and commanding the inspection of certified elections equipment by a team of uncertified laymen who have demonstrated a stunning lack of knowledge about election processes and election security."

So this outcome was basically pre-determined. We now face two issues. First of which is, if the BoS simply do not comply, the legislature cannot go back to court. They have to hold the BoS in contempt, Paul D. Boyer says hello on that one. So far this is the BoS's statement post court ruling: “We respect his (Judge Thomas) legal opinion and will immediately start working to provide the Arizona Senate with the ballots and other materials,” Sellers said in a press statement. “We hope senators will show the same respect and care we have for the 2.1 million private ballots and use them in service of their legislative duties.” Sounds pretty good, but the Boards word is worth nothing, but I still think this outcome at this point will not occur.

Second potential issue, the BoS's hand over ballot IMAGES. Ballot images differ from your original ballot, in that your selection is no longer your marking- but instead a digital mark, and also they no longer list any identifiable information (what the ballot ID is, what the voters name is, etc) or ability to forensically audit the ballots themselves, if the markings are made by you or a machine. Therefore you are working with data that you cannot verify one way or the other. Now, you may say, "Well, wouldn't the legislature say hold the phone, we want what we asked for."

Until recently I thought they would, until I read these few quotes that when put together spell the outcome out. I've also spoken with a few people who gave me some information on what's been happening post ruling. These are all from Karen Fann.

"Fann told the Mirror that she is considering several potential auditors, though she said ASOG likely will not be one of them because some people believe it would not be independent."

"I think that would be difficult for anyone to select them at that point, just because of the perception out there. However, I do believe they’re fully qualified. However, there’s a perception that they would not be fully independent,” Fann said.

This interview has a lot of double speak, but to say she was happy with two completely fake audits is disgusting, and a change from her sentiments previously. The line "I don't even like using the word fraud," is pretty scary too.

I'd suggest e-mailing Karen Fann, and demanding an independent full forensic audit. The only company who have audited Dominion previously are ASOG under Col. Waldron's lead, and when you start getting into "Well, someone may say this company has a conservative agenda!" Then every company who have the credibility, experience, and knowledge to complete this audit will automatically be "far right extremists". Here's what I have to say, and suggest you to say to Karen Fann- "Evidence does not have a political ideology".

Next up, the libertarian lawsuit- which republicans joined on to, looks to be going nowhere fast with the judge pushing the case back. Hopefully when it finally does come to court it succeeds in getting an audit, but my outlook currently is grim.

Lastly, and most important: The Attorney General of Arizona who people have tried to smear to me because I think they're the most afraid of him, Mark Brnovich has been tapped by Sonny Borelli to look into a criminal investigation of the BoS, among other election related issues, as the BoS should NEVER have been handling the ballots (if they even exist). The county treasurer according to state law was to receive them, and he has asked for them several times.

Even if the original ballots do exist, this is a violation of state law. Secondly, you have the BoS unlawfully withholding requested materials by the state legislature- which is a crime. Next, we know for a fact Pro V&V attempted to destroy election fraud evidence, which is a crime. These crimes are stacking up, and the AG has a lot of power in a criminal investigation.

Right now though, do not become complacent from this win, e-mail and call Karen Fann, tell her data and evidence does not have a political ideology, ASOG are a credible organization and if you go down the rabbit hole of letting your opposition chose who can and can't perform the audit, anyone experienced enough to do so will be labelled "too conservative".

Tell her YOU aren't happy with the two audits finding nothing because both companies who both had conflicts of interest auditing something they themselves certified, who self admitted in open court they were to incompetent to perform them, and the scopes of their audits were so small they couldn't find anything even if they tried. And that YOU aren't afraid of saying there was election fraud because it's been proven over and over, and you were elected by the same people who right now are demanding for you to ensure you do in fact have the basic right to vote through a full forensic audit of all 300 Dominion machines, and the 2.1 million ballots- not ballot images, but the original ballots.
