When Superman was killed by Doomsday, there was a black superhero called Man of Steel, aka John Henry Irons, who was one of several people trying to fill the void as a superman expy. They could make a movie about him. They could use any number of existing black superheroes, or make entirely new ones. But they won't. That would take effort and talent.
