Why are some people so confident that Trump can run again and win in 2024??

The dems cheated in front of everyone in 2020 and stole the election by conjuring millions of votes for Biden. Now they have 4 years to further refine their cheating capabilities.

So what makes some Trump supporters think the dems won't cheat again in 2024 or that Trump has a chance?
