Mark Levin just went over part of the text in the $1.9T "Stimulus" that allows federal employees to recieve $1,400/week if their kid (Elementary, Middle, High School, or College) does ANY online learning even if they do in person learning 4 out of 5 days a week.

That can't be right. That would be $5600/month.
