This was experience when I subbed. I was classrooms from every end of the spectrum, from boom boom to IB. The high % of Asain/Whites always produced a a far easier day, it was like being in a college class. Give instructions once, and thry did their thing.
Boom boom classes were plagued with kids leaving for restrooms breaks not coming back, kids walking around tge class, sleeping and general fucking off.
The times I had to cover In-school suspension, the demographics were very skewed. A 20% black school would yield a 40-70% of blacks. Most were for tardies, skipping, insubordination, etc. We're supposed to suspect that all of the liberal white women whi dominate schools were unfairly targeting black kids. It's simply the aggregate result of thousands of teachers simply following disciplinary procedures; pretty much how the arrest and incarceration rates work out in broader society. Weird.
