North Dakota and South Dakota did something similar, I think. Arkansas has https://legiscan.com/AR/bill/SB298/2021 in the process to be voted on. To Be Known As The "Arkansas Sovereignty Act Of 2021"

I am seeing several states step up and start reclaiming what it means to be a sovereign state, separate from an overreaching federal government.

I am actually excited about this. States reclaiming their rights is better than a centralized federal government in the long run, no matter who is the one in charge federally.

The House passed a bill. The Senate still needs to pass it and the governor needs to sign it. Tha5 being said, it is from the Speaker of the House. And Republicans have a super majority. So it'll probably pass. But still needs about a week.
