This should have been made a bigger issue even during the campaign. I have no idea why it was not.
Even though she was born in the US, neither one of her parents were US citizens when she was born. This is not disputed. Her parents were citizens of India and Jamaica when she was born. Her parents were in the US on student visas, so her citizenship stays with her parents citizenship. Just like when the child of a US military person is born outside of the US, that child is a natural born citizen of the US. Her natural citizenship would be both Jamaican and Indian. Kamala is therefore not eligible for office. She is not a natural born US citizen as required by the constitution. She can be neither V.P. nor President legally. I think this will be challenged in court soon.
If her parents had been here in the US illegally, she would have been an "anchor" baby. In this case, the legal status of her parents at the time of her birth works against her.
Thoughts?
Can't find it atm, but I did read an article about a lawyer who has initiated a lawsuit against her for being ineligible for office already.
Edit-
This is from December 2020, but I know I saw an updated article recently.

Don't doubt it, just stating the facts.
And being Caribbean Indian the hoe is most definitely not black....
(fist bumps) Yeah man once a ho, always a ho.
Perfect opportunity for the REAL President to assert his authority and claim his office.
Maybe the repubs will go along, and nancy will be president. Maybe they appoint moochelle VP, then kumala gets impeached, and obozo's back in the White House. Who knows what evil awaits!
If you are born on US soil you are a US citizen. She is able to be president.
If she was born in the US...how is this any different than every other illegal who comes across the border to have a baby? The baby is a "citizen" according to birth right citizenship right? Believe me, I am 100% against birthright citizenship, but if that's the law...we're stuck with the bitch. We should have ended that policy A LONG TIME AGO! If I'm wrong, let me know.
It’s a long way from policy, to law. Show me the law that says an anchor baby is a citizen? I can’t find it.
You're right, but good luck trying to change it NOW. Once again, our Constitution has been perverted by some bleeding heart leftist who convinced everyone that the 14th Amendment makes them citizens at birth. But with the SCOTUS being so fucked...I sure as hell wouldn't count on them to interpret the law (correctly) in our favor. Which I go back to my original point...we're stuck with the bitch.
It's literally the 14th amendment to the constitution.
No, actually, it isn’t.

From the case you site...” but have a permanent domicil and residence in the United States”...a student visa that does not make.
