Soy does not feminize men. It’s just a meme. Plant phytoestrogens are not hormonally active in mammals, there is literally no science or data that suggests it, and furthermore phytoestrogens are found in almost all nuts, beans, and legumes - there is nothing special about soy. It’s actually a great low fat source of protein.
