I don't think it matters. CA is already doing everything it can to invalidate the recall signatures. Assuming the recall even happens dominion will be used, and the election will be "fortified" for Newsom. If a Republican somehow does get in the entire state legislature is still blue. Best case scenario we have a short pause in the crazy, and I'm not hopefull we even get that far.
