Even if you don't include leftists, it's nowhere near that. The thesis is correct that men are just way stronger than women, but the average man could not lift anywhere close to this much weight.

I am reasonably fit and can do 10 pull ups with good form, but can’t lift anywhere near that.

You could pick 100 men aged 18-30 at random and odds are extremely high that zero of them would be able to do that.
