I am reasonably fit and can do 10 pull ups with good form, but can’t lift anywhere near that.

Even most guys who lift can't do that. And most guys don't even lift.

And that means you're healthier than she is. Training for max anaerobic momentary strength is STUPID (and looks disgusting).
