In Minnesota they make you go to downtown Minneapolis for permit to carry form dropoff. In person only, downtown. They closed the suburb options cause of muh covid.

This is for Hennepin county, which is insanely large. Right to arms Shall not be infringed..... but hand in your paperwork m-f 8-4, downtown 40 minutes from your house.

Minnesota blows.
