Contact your county Republican Party Committee, find out when and where it or your local district Party Committee meets (terminology varies from state to state), and attend the meeting.
Introduce yourself. Be friendly, polite, and low key. The current officers may be wary of outsiders. Ask if a vacant precinct committeeman position exists for your precinct and volunteer to be appointed to fill it. If no vacancy currently exists (extremely unlikely), volunteer to be a “helper” for the existing precinct committeemen.
Ask for a copy of the precinct committeeman handbook of your state party committee and study it and learn how to run for precinct committeeman in the next election for these positions.

In First Grade, my biggest excitement was on the days the teacher would turn a new letter around and we would get to learn more of the Alphabet. I'm pretty, pretty sure that was about the extent of deep thinking anyone can do at that age.
My wife is a teacher. If they EVER tried that shit in her district she would leave. Beyond that we live in a rural, based district that I do not think would ever pull that shit. If the did, we would homeschool.

He was just placed on administrative leave and is under investigation by the FBI because some parents got offended at some memes he put in some extremely unknown blog that has nothing to do with him being a teacher (never shared during class). The meme in question was the one with the old wwii vet saying back in my day we used to kill enemies of America (forgetting the actual quote not you get the idea). The parents found out he was a conservative (probably let it slip during online teaching) and they went on a witch hunt to find something to call the fbi on him. Fuck them. Glad I left that God forsaken state.
The schools are already infected beyond repair. The indoctrination started way back in the 60's. Today's professors are yesterday's hippies. I don't know how it will play out with this new normal; either Zoom will continue or you'll have kids stuck in plexiglass enclosures. If you absolutely must have your kids in school then, yes, by all means, get involved but if you don't - HOMESCHOOL!
Or you could homeschool alone or with other families and poof their annual budget for Marxism just shrunk. I wouldn’t expose my kids to months or years of their bs on the hopes that patriots win school board elections.

If the vast majority of my students arrive in my classes thinking their blood is blue, then we know kids believe elementary teachers.
