Conservative are always playing defense, and this year's CPAC is no different.
All of the issues discussed as secondary to the real big issues that conservatives need to be fighting. We're fighting side skirmishes, while the real battle is completely ignored.
Here are the real issues that conservatives need to fight for. Everything is simply a result of failing to address these:
- Repeal the 17th Amendment (NUMBER ON ISSUE)
- Repeal the 16th Amendment
- Return to the Gold Standard (Inflation is caused by the Federal Reserve's fiat Dollar, and it's destroying the wealth of the middle class. EVERY-SINGLE-ECONOMIC-ISSUE is cause by the Fed. We need to kill it and halt inflation.)
- Balanced Budget Amendment
- Term Limits Amendment
- End 90% of federal departments and agencies
Everything else will fall into place. We need to stop fighting from a defensive position and start our own offensive.
Not gonna happen with any of those. Nice idea, but if you can't stop a stolen election, how are you going to get these passed?
States need to enforce the 10th, ignore the 16th (and 17th if they want to). Ignoring the 16th implies reinstating the gold standard.
And they need to implement state internal county level electoral colleges.
We can still do it via the states.
