It's not "black people" doing it either. Most black people follow the rules just fine.
But you can tell by looking when they are a leftist "person of color" whose been infected by the mind virus. The kind of people who will go jogging through you livingroom in the middle of the night despite weighing 250lbs, and then start a GoFundMe when you shoot them in the middle of their exercise routine.
