Planefags what's going on with civilian air traffic across the US right now?

Something strange is happening, planes are stacking up o the ground across the US. News york, DC, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, San Diego, LA, San Fran, and Maybe Sacramento, and maybe buffalo. Anyone know WTF. I'm heading over to FAA to see of there are any NOTAMS.
