Like Benjamin Franklin, his words will be studied and remembered for all of history. You wouldn’t have anything like the MAGA movement if it wasn’t for Rush. I feel like getting Trump elected was a culmination of his life’s work.
I listened to Rush almost every day for 30 years. He is our family. His absence will be felt for years to come. Goodbye, Rush, you shaped a generation!
I am a 34 year old Rush Baby who spent most of his life listening to Rush. I started with my Dad, and have many fond memories that include Rush as a soundtrack. I grew up with him, and now have a daughter of my own, 4 years old, who started listening with me. Rush's passing is a reminder of how quickly life is moving along. When Rush announced his diagnosis last year, I cried real tears like I hadn't since I was a child. I knew the end was coming. I had time to accept the inevitable, and for that I am thankful.
I'm sad my own daughter won't have another decade to absorb what I had the chance to. I'm glad that Rush gave me the tools to teach her myself. I'm thankful for Rush Revere, and for the many happy mornings from 9-12 PST on KFI, and for the political education. I'll miss Rush dearly, and strive (always failings) to be the ebullient, effervescent, and positive image he displayed while firmly ensconced in the Atilla the Hun chair, behind the Golden EIB microphone all these years.
The night of his passing, I had a few fingers of Glenlivet 12 year and a cigar in the Maja Rushie's honor, while listening to 'My City Was Gone' by the Pretenders. I shed a tear or two.
A magnificent teacher and father figure for millions of men whether or not we had a good father or not. Listening to grown men call in who grew up without a father figure telling him and his guest hosts/Catherine what he did for them is simply amazing. His wisdom is applicable to future events because the left is always trying to pull the same shit. He gave us something that’s not easy to carry around or talk to others about, especially with the modern skulls full of mush, but a gift it will always be.
Love to you and your family fellow 30 something father and Rush Baby.
Samw here I'm a 34 yo and grew up with rush in my dad's pickup. My wife's due in may with my first son and I wanted to name him rush but it sounds strange with my last name
You can see the vile worm is just seething, she looks away like she is pretending that Rush isn't getting the award. How disgusting of a human being do you have to be to look on the beautiful site of a noble president giving a dying man something so powerful and she just can't stand it?
Growing up in the belly of the communist beast meant I didn’t get exposed to Rush until very recently, I found this site before I discovered his beacon of freedom broadcasting on AM.
I feel robbed, I’m worried we will never see anyone like him go mainstream again. If we don’t stand up for freedom of speech and the open exchange of ideas we won’t have anyone close to another Rush.
Maybe God took him now to tell us it’s our turn to stand up and speak out for what we believe in. We can just sit around listening to Rush happy to have him voicing our concerns. We have to become our own advocates and make sure the world doesn’t forget about freedom and the greatness of our founding. We are the vanguard that’s stopping the world slipping back into tyranny.
I would have never escaped if not for good ideas being spread on big tech platforms. They realize we used their platforms to redpill a generation and they’re pissed. If we let these commie tech monopolies control/censor the mainstream internet we will lose. I see Google/FB/Twitter as some of the greatest threat to American freedom and need to be dismantled completely.
I pray to God men like Rush live on...I have found my way back to Jesus Christ recently but there will always be the nagging thought in the back of my mind that it comes to to a coin flip. 50 50.
we either exist on after this life. or we do not.
christ is the spirit of all that is good and just. God is the love energy source making this all possible. and satan in pelosi, comey, schumer, obama and all that came before, will come again.
That's the faith part, the 50% you are unsure of. I lost my mom to cancer 7 years ago. I took care of her until her last week of life, when she asked to be moved to a hospice facility. She was on heavy duty morphine by then and not conscious most of the time.
I went to visit her one night and the nurse on duty told me she was sleeping but has been up earlier, talking about holding her baby once again and how good it felt. That she's been so happy and peaceful. My mom had a baby before me who died at three months old. I told the nurse that, and she said it's very common for hospice patients to start talking about seeing people who died before them. Not in a hopeful way, but as though the people are right there.
That experience changed my view of the afterlife. No one knew about the baby except for me and my mom, so there's no other way the nurse could have known.
Keep the faith and keep praying. God is there for us. Pray that the evil doers find Jesus and repent.
I have fond memories of listening to Rush in the car with my dad when I was a small boy. He'd take us to Lowes to buy lumber for a new home project and we'd listen to Rush all day while building a new deck or fixing any number of broken things in the house. Thanks Rush, you'll forever be remembered for the huge impact you had on millions of Americans. RIP.
that was a very well done tribute, great montage of clips from one of the biggest personalities in broadcasting, at least he counter-balanced the insane left. RIP
Rush is our age’s Benjamin Franklin
Like Benjamin Franklin, his words will be studied and remembered for all of history. You wouldn’t have anything like the MAGA movement if it wasn’t for Rush. I feel like getting Trump elected was a culmination of his life’s work.
"getting Trump elected was a culmination of his life’s work."
It was his last act.
I listened to Rush almost every day for 30 years. He is our family. His absence will be felt for years to come. Goodbye, Rush, you shaped a generation!
I like this analogy
Andrew Breitbart credited Rush and Clarance Thomas as his idols in his political transformation.
It's not that time traveler Steve Bannon, who might actually be Ben Franklin?
No more pain, and in paradise, thank you bud :)
A golden man, with a gold microphone, dancing in the golden streets of Heaven. Amen
I held it together pretty well until the part where the ON AIR light went off and Mannheim Steamroller Silent Night played.
Dammit, it got really dusty in here again. . .
Me too, dude
Damn, I still get tears.

Great inspiring man. Sorry I missed him.
Just one ask. Can someone block out that vile creature Pelosi's face please.
You could see the vile demon squirming at sight of a just man.
The fact she didn’t even stand up or fake a clap speaks volumes.
You can see the vile worm is just seething, she looks away like she is pretending that Rush isn't getting the award. How disgusting of a human being do you have to be to look on the beautiful site of a noble president giving a dying man something so powerful and she just can't stand it?
Talent returned to God.
Got me right in the feels. It's like we've lost a father figure. God Bless Rush!

You gotta friend in me 😊 In the communists' belly till the age of 20.

I'll admit it......I cried watching this.
God bless you, Rush Limbaugh. Thank you for your unparalleled service to America, and may you rest in peace.
Who’s chopping onions in here?
Thank you Rush! You have helped my kids rush into history with your books.
Even though he has passed he will be still known for generations to come. An amazing patriot!
I pray to God men like Rush live on...I have found my way back to Jesus Christ recently but there will always be the nagging thought in the back of my mind that it comes to to a coin flip. 50 50.

God bless that beautiful man.
Hopefully he got to hand that talent back over to his creator in person.
This is beautiful. Truly nice tribute to a great American. RIP sir.
The hole he leaves is enormous. His guidance will be useful for as long as our fight continues.
Rush changed my life.

i thought i was done crying over our loss

Well crap, yes I’m crying again. Miss you Rush almost as much as our MAGA leader DJT.
Rush turned this old lady pede into a conservative. My late father in law had me watch him on tv. Rush showed me what it took to be a better person.
that was a very well done tribute, great montage of clips from one of the biggest personalities in broadcasting, at least he counter-balanced the insane left. RIP
God bless Rush Limbaugh.
I knew I'd probably cry when Trump is on today, you just made me do it now. I miss Rush so bad!
TREMENDOUS. "Americas Anchor Man".
Rush should have ran for President. He would have won
Fuck fox news!
Losing Rush is like losing family. He will always be America's Anchorman.
Brought tears to my eyes.
FAKE NOOZ
Fuck outta here
Yet you still watch CNN. You love to be lied too huh
