I think they were not planning to kick out people watching the count, cover up the windows, and bring in suitcases of fake ballots, I think that was the backup plan. I think they were under the impression that the altered machines alone would be enough to steal the election and underestimated how popular Trump really is.
And this was approximately the time Biden came out and spoke to the crowd with that huge smile on his face and said they feel confident they've won. That's when I knew the fix was inevitable. Any other candidate would've conceded at that point if two of the swing states looked like that with the current electoral count, let alone all of them.
My theory is this. The Dominion machines were weighting Trump's votes but not Biden's. Along about 10pm, they realized that even that adjustment wasn't going to be enough. So they shut down the swing states, so that they could do some more drastic manipulations; for which they were somewhat prepared, but not enough to implement seamlessly without the shutdown.
I think something similar, but I do not think that they made the mistake of accidentally rigging it for Trump instead of Biden. What I think is that the original plan was the fractional counting vote machines and they did set them up correctly, but even that was not enough because they underestimated how popular Trump was, so at a certain point when they knew defeat was inevitable they shut everything down, kicked out the people watching the count, covered up the windows, and pulled out their backup plan which was suitcases of fake Biden votes from dead people and nonexistent addresses.

I realized that conservatives are great people and that the Democrats are lying about every aspect of civilian gun ownership. It made me look into what else they are lying about and spoiler alert: it is everything.
I think that the #1 way that conservatives could get through to some of these deep blue cities is by giving up on the "war on drugs" or at least compromising a bit and forgetting about weed. That is the #1 thing that drove me to the democrats when I was growing up. If Trump would have supported federal legalization of recreational Marijuana, he would have won by a large enough margin that there is no voting machine in the world that could flip it in a believable way to Biden. We need to end prohibition and stop criminalizing a plant. It makes us look like Cuomo when he was banning Large sodas. Marijuana has never hurt anyone ever, but Marijuana laws are ruining lives. That is the biggest thing holding us back right now.

Representatives should have the support of the majority of communities not just one densely populated community. If only one city likes that representative, they can represent that one city.

If we could become a voting block that both sides want supporting them, Trump can be more powerful than any president ever was. The RINOS would be pushed out, the good libertarians would actually have a chance, and the solid democrats (as rare as they are) could take the place of far left crazies like pelosi.
