Afghanistan has hardly been a big player in the Israel/Arab conflict, like most Central Asian Muslim-majority countries.
Israel benefitted from the invasion of Libya? So did Chad and pretty much every other country in OPEC (less Libyan oil on the market means more of their own oil).
Kuwait and the Saudis benefit from Iraq being invaded even moreso than Israel does, same with a war with Iran and Syria. Hell Turkey benefits more from a war with Syria than Israel does, considering Syria was giving safe harbor to YPG elements who routinely attacked Turkish military and civilians.
