Everyone views the world from their own perspective and we forget the circumstances of others. I escaped a Northern Blue state several years ago for Rush's home area of "sunny south Florida". Because of our Governor we have been living totally free of the covid bullshit since last summer. We still have some of the lingering mask lunacy, but hopefully DeSantis will soon end that too. I feel sorry for all those Patriots who live in Blue States or Blue cities where lunacy is the norm and sanity is just another point of view. I hope that they finally stop using you as political pawns with their covid bullshit soon.
