DeSantis declared that any fine or ticket in the state resulting from mask mandates will be waived and thrown out. Local mask bs is all about liability here. fwiw, I live in Daytona and have never once worn a mask thru this whole debacle.

DeSantis in tough position if he mandates no mask wearing then he makes state liable for any legal actions, he has to give localities the option to have masks, this morons like mayors of large cities like orlando can have masks. Orange County used to have a Naval Base. It closed probably in 1990. The majority of residents were conservative, religious lower middle class families associated with the military. Since then, it’s become just a disaster of entitled Puerto Rican and Haitian trash, Rich British people buying holiday homes to escape the Muslim influx in London, liberal ambulance chaser attorneys and rockabilly tatted bar keeps.
