The way you live and act is the deciding factor. How many losers in high school did you know who signed up for the armed forces because they had zero prospects for their future? I know many, and being a part of the military industrial complex did nothing to improve on their character.

I don't respect anyone who went off you college, accrued debt, and is a burden on the system either. Those who utilized their degrees to pay off their debt I can respect.
