Idk man, motor vehicles can be very dangerous if used by someone who doesn't know how to operate the machine, or what the rules for operating it are. I don't particularly like an annual tax for registration, but j understand why motor vehicles are regulated the way they are.

It's not like a gun, guns are a right not a privilege.
