Yes. It leads to micro businesses where the owner is literally a one man band. Kinda like the novelty musician on the street who has the drum, horn, harmonica and tambourine all going at once.
It works, but it’s not a good representation of a healthy business. What I see happening is these type of businesses will be crushed rather quickly and then the large corporations will go back to a lower minimum wage after they are all decimated.

yes...the more governmental rules the more small business is stamped out....all these rules need verification and documentation and more money thus sucking any profit one might get from running a business.
