Used to live in a small town. The Mayor was called racist for wanting to ban rap concerts because the only two they've had turned into shootings, stabbings, and chaos in the streets....
So he just kicked the venue out of downtown and way off in the industrial area.
Everybody knows, especially people with slaughtering on their mind, knows the only people who attend rap concerts are white people. Where would be a better place to hunt your enemy, than a rap concern, where only white idiots attend.
