OPEC lowered supply and demand increased. And they will get away with it because they don't think the US will do anything about it.
The establishment is trying to restart conflicts in the middle east.
This has had much larger effect on gas prices than the pipeline cancellation or US economy. Seeing as we are moving away from American Oil or local trade, OPEC believes it can take advantage of us again.
